So a few of us ordered liveaquaria, and fedex took quite a bit longer than usual, 2pm instead of 10 or 11 am. which might not have been a big deal if we didn't order shrimp, but one of kenny's shrimp was toast. I posted in their forum and they promptly replied with the option for a refund, whether it died today or 7 days from now, which I thought was pretty cool. My frag looks awesome,max polyp extension already! how about yours mary?

I've bought a bunch of stuff from both Drsfostersmith and Liveaquaria and every time something went wrong they've made up for it

It's helpful to read about the good feedback. They did well with my live rock a couple years ago.

Ive had issues with them, but they usualy end up righting the situation

one of mine came in fine, the other had a little die off around the base, and the water was cloudy in the bag. I figured I would throw them in the 65 for a few weeks, under low light since the frag tank is pretty much right under the light or nothing. Both are still alive today, so fingers crossed, they should be fine :)

You could also ship to a Fedex location for pickup. They usually come in at 8am...

Saltwaterfish.com has a very lame policy.. I had a whole 130.00 order dead when it arrived.. they didnt seem to concerned.. so I never will order from them again..
