well i took the cpr skimmer out because the tank just didnt like it. It seemed like it was over skimming and taking to much good stuff out of the water. I got a couple new fish and another hammer coral. I wish i could get better pics of the tank it all gets so washed out. but if ya blow them up you can see there is a lot more in the tank than there seems to be.

Looks good. Absolutely love the flame angel. Really "pops" when you look at your tank.

Very nice. I had the same issue with my Tunze skimmer on my bc29. I now just set it real low just to aerate the water like an air stone. Corals and especially zoas are much happier. I have to watch feeding a little more closely but that is the balancing act with these smaller tanks. Keep it up.

thanks all. I modified the stock bc skimmer so it is way more controlable. i still have to replace the wood air stones but big deal. I moved the stone down so there is more room for the bubbles to mix with water and i have a litte more room for error when the tank evaporates. and i must say that i love all of my fish but the flame is still my favorite, they are so bright and when his tail hits the blue light just right it glows.
