    Not sure who they were aquacultured them. And not pairing them up yet, that will come later when they get bigger, so for now its any 2 ya wanna pick out.

    Thanks - that at least rules out that you guys bred them or got them from a local breeder. If you don't mind telling me what wholesaler they came from privately, I'd love to know (for obvious reasons, my work with Banggai Rescue has me seeking out breeders, both commercial and private, to talk about the pitfalls and ideas).

    We feed them frozen mysis and brine shrimp.

    So are they from the same spawn? If so whoever gets them do not let them breed please. Very cool either way, tempted to pick some up!

    why not breed from the same spawn? I tried to look stuff up on this and found that it shouldn't matter all that much?

    Actually it DOES matter, but not immediately. You can line breed most fish for several generations before it becomes a problem.
