CAPTIVE BRED YELLOW TANGS ARE BACK!

They're available once again, and quantities are once again limited. The real deal, Captive-bred Yellow Tangs from the Oceanic Institute.

Prices should remain about the same; between $99 and $199 depending on the quality of the fish that are delivered. I've been told that these are improved over the first ones. I suppose we will find out when they arrive.

If you simply want to be notified when they get put into stock, be sure to get on the waitlist for them at http://www.miniwaters.fish/product/zebrasoma-flavescens-yellow-tang-captive-bred/

But...if you want to ensure you get access to them, I'm willing to set up special orders on a case-by-case basis; generally this involves a Paypal deposit and I will share the full beta version of our special order program first so we're all on the same page (basically, deposits are refundable if the fish don't come in, but if the fish are here, you're obligated to take them)

It's worth mentioning that these are NOT really part of "commercial production"....they are the excesses of research. Which means you cannot rely on saying "I'll get more next time", as we simply don't know if or when there will BE a next time.

5 still available and eating like pigs!

(I've earmarked one for the coral QT tank at the Lake Superior Zoo)

They will officially go into inventory after they've been on hand a few more days. *NOTHING* goes straight in...my general policy is minimum one week on hand...but longer is better. If you'd like to line one or more up, I'm happy to make the arrangements.

Watch for these to be put into inventory at some point on Tuesday, the 15th. They continue to do well and eat like pigs, and will have been here a week (after spending two months in FL).
