Anyone have an idea what this is? It seems to all be one coral, but its huge. 6-8 inches across. I was thinking Rhodactis mussoides but it just doesn't look right.

That was my thought at first too, but I could find nothing that looked like that when I searched for 'elephant ear' except the Rhodactis, and that wasn't exact either.

Is it a softy all the way to a fleshy foot, or is there a skeletal base? The thin "ears" look almost like my fox coral, but that has a skeletal base. Fox coral doesn't have the cool pattern like yours does though.

Soft all the way to the bottom. Definitely not a fox coral.
