Glad you like it. I haven't been to most of them and plan to visit them someday.
I'm going back through some photos and trying to post a few... I keep getting a "security warning" from the site and to try again so I guess I'll try again.
Here's a good Nudi photo.
For those wondering here are two photos from ~60'... one with and one without the flash. Overall this is pretty accurate if you were ever curious.
Such a tease!!!
Big old puffer and some symbiotic shrimp on an urchin.
Night dive, looking for pygmy seahorses.
Great pictures, thanks for sharing makes me want to go diving again.
What camera/lense/enclosure setup are you using? I'll be diving in belize in January and would love to look into a decent camera setup
I personally have a Sony a65 but they aren't in production any more. The lens is a Sigma 3.5 constant aperture 10-20mm rectilinear which has been great for lower light. The body, lens, and housing all had to be modified to work/fit/etc.
Ultimately depends if you want to shoot wide angle, fisheye, or macro because you really only get to pick one without a significant cost increase.
acharpenter... this is the species of hermit my mantis buried alive because it was too big and then ate it later. Found one on a night dive.
Wonderful photos of wonderfully diverse reefs! What a great adventure this is!
