Anyone have experience with installing a bulkhead into a 55 gallon storage barrel?

And if so, is it as easy as

    makes it seem?

And when he says a 1 1/2" drill bit, this is not a common size drill bit right? Where can i borrow or find it for use?

I'll try to remember to check what size hole saws we have in the lab. I have a number of different sizes. If I have a 1.5" one you are welcome to borrow it.

Darn, I forgot to check my hole saws. Are you still needing one?
