Come over to Wisconsin for two house meetings in one trip across the river!

Tim (zoolan70) proposed the possibility of having more than one meeting in Wisconsin as we thought it would be a benefit for those that wanted to maximize their time, travel and gas. So I added my "pseudo" house meeting to the calendar as a precursor to Tim's house meeting in Hudson that same afternoon. You may note that it's a shorter meeting than average as I didn't want to interfere with Tim's meeting, but you'll still be able to visit and discuss my tanks for a couple of hours. As I am also going to attend Tim's meeting, I would be able to lead a caravan to Tim's place afterwards.

As for my tanks, I have been busy working some upgrades to both the 120gal and the Fluval.
The 120gal has seen the addition of T5 supplementation, a Neptune Systems APEX controller and DOS pump system and my custom Algae Turf Scrubber unit. The reef has seen the removal of the large montipora colonies, added live rock and more acropora corals; there's still plenty of montipora corals!
The Fluval M60 is new since my last house meeting. Over the past handful of months, this tank has been on the back burner as I've concentrated more on getting a new tank ready for its upgrade. I am pushing myself to have the upgrade completed by the meeting date, but I will still be able to show off the progress of the new build regardless.

Please stop on in and take a look.
Once we're done at my place, we'll head to Hudson for Tim's meeting and bonfire!

When I press the click here square, it says the rsvp for this event has expired. What am I doing wrong? I already rsvp for Tims meeting last week, I assume they are separate rsvp. Thanks

For those that have RSVP'd to my house meeting and have not heard the unfortunate news about Tim's meeting needing to be cancelled, here's a copy of my response as it may affect my meeting.

Please respond, so I can make a decision... so you can plan your Saturday, June 24th.
    Thanks!

I think I can do any other weekend except Christmas for the remainder of 2017. Look at your schedule and throw out a couple of dates that work for you and I should be able to make it work for me.

If you keep the meeting, I will show as well. Having the two meetings on the same day is a benfit for travel purposes but will not keep me from attending both on separate days.

I have decided to keep the meeting scheduled for June 24th at 1PM.
Being that this would be the only meeting that day, I will extend the hours beyond the 3PM end time of the original post. How much longer? I'm still undecided.
I will also see if I can be available for another meeting held the same day as Tim's meeting. Whether it's a scheduled "meeting" or people just swinging through on their own prior going to Tim's, that will be figured out later.

Now, I need to prioritize what would like to have completed for this meeting; finish the rimless upgrade, make more food for a dinner option or just make some cookies. o_O

With everything else that I've been working on, I've been working with new icing options and techniques.
If I get around to making cookies, they'll have a new look.

Just to update the meeting details.

To meet the required meeting duration, I will extend the meeting to at least 4PM; if you want to stick around a little longer than that, I won't be kicking you out right away.

Here's the latest FTS of my 120gal.

The new 32gal is up and running but I still need to get the corals organized and glued down; but the corals are loving the new space.

I baked a small batch of cookies that are ready to be decorated. I'm hoping to spend most of this Friday working on those, but we just to happened to adopt a new kitten that has her shots scheduled for that afternoon. I make no promises. So if there's no cookies, there's a kitten!

If there are cookies, does that mean something happened to the kitten? :)

Unfortunately I am not going to make it. Sorry for the late update but my mom had a stroke, she appears to have recovered for the most part, but I need to be available to provide transportation for her since she can no longer drive and someone needs to be with her all the time for right now.
