I thought I'd post both of my time-lapse install videos in an easy to see place outside of the build thread. Install of 300gal DD Cabinets by our very own JLanger! This was put in over a marathon weekend from Friday night to Sunday night. Tank is equally visible on both sides, all sides have doors, and some side panels are vented with aluminum decorative screening. Essentially this is a double stand and canopy and to make the video I took over 15,000 images... 1 ever 6 sec or just over 25hrs worth. Aquascaping & Water Rock is old pukani that's been bleached. The goal of the aquascaping was to: 1) Create a number of islands so that I could have some of those "invasive" corals contained to a spot. 2) Leave ample room for vertical growth. 3) Leave room for additional rocks that have corals attached already. 4) Be able to remove "filler" rock as coral grows out, either permanently or to access the coral for fragging. 5) Not fall over. 6) Shallow sand bed because I like sand. 7) Lots of caves and cross cutting channels from one side of the tank to the other that's uninterrupted by rock. This is to allow for better depth perception, catching fish with my trap if need be, and wanted to avoid a solid wall or mound look.
