I know, but it was. I promise.
Finally got a pic of my pom pom crab this evening. Kind of blurry,
Added some new corals this weekend and changed aquascape.
Also noticed this tank is over a year old. Since oct. Man how this has changed over the year. What an addiction!
Hey if you want more green zoas let me know .
Thanks to all for the new corals. Now for some updates.
Blue LED's only
Green mushrooms from Omen, Thank You!
Zoas and shroom from Pete. Thank You!!!
Received a red shroom also, still waiting for it to attach itself to a rock.
And some full tank shots,
Love this one, but not a great idea to try shortly after dropping in some reef chili.
Some more of the colt from Jay at DA
Thanks for looking. Let me know what you think.
Those are some big palys. What are the ones on the top right?
I have no idea. Sorry. Picked up at Forest Lake Pets.
good glad you like them . Your tank looks awesome.
Looks like you need to upgrade soon :beerchug:
Wow it truly amazes me how stocked you can get with those little pico types. Looks great! I think you could cram more coral in myself :gay1:
If I could ever find a house I will be for sure upgrading, but im kind of loving this thing.
updates. Tank is doing well. No real news. Have some bubble algae starting to grow a little. Its annoying. Been looking at rare zoas and fuge ideas. Also thinking of looking into a fish or crab, but don't want the added waste in the tank. Also put the nano pump on a timer. 10 min on 15 min off. I think the corals like the off time they have really seamed to get allot bigger since i've done this.
nice nano u got there, less money more frequent water changes
Where did you hear about alternating your power head? I am interesting in giving it a shot.
I have a apex Jr. Talks about it in the manual. Worked good. But now I upgraded to a 33l and use maxi jets. They don't like the power surges.
I have a timer with 15 minute on/off cycles. Could I hook up my Koralia nano to it or is it only safe with a dedicated controller?
I dont see why not. Give it a try and see if it works. Depending on the flow pump your using. If the pump sound bad when it first star up then may have to get s diffrent pump. I was using koraline and seemed fine.
