really nice looking, is the top bracing removable? Also curious as to why the red acrylic? Would love some additional details on this, what are the dimensions and your plans for stocking it?

The dimension are 12x12x12. Why the Red acrylic? No reason really. Just liked the was it looked.

I have a DIY 40watt LED that I will be lighting it with. Don't know what I will put in it as far as stocking goes.

If you have any ideas let me know.

Yes the top black bracing is removable.

Awesome work, reminds me of the Trigger Systems stuff! I would make it a softies/lps tank with zoas, acans, and ricordeas!

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I seen somewhere a guy had made a acrylic guard for his mp10 that went over the top so he could turn it up faster, and no sucking air from the top of the tank. If anybody can find it, and post is here I would be willing to make you one as well.

I have the AUD version made by PICOAQUARIUMS and i would reccomend it over the one made by Glazer. It gives you the freedom to put it anywhere, not just hanging on the rim of the aquarium, which would be impossible for you with the eurobrace.

It's not really eurobraced, it's just a cover

Well to make the decision easier, according to that thread Glazer no long makes these as of Summer 2012.

Not to mention the AUD version offers complete versatility, you can even use it upside-down next to the sand bed, and it wont kick it around.

Just got done filling it up. Woo Hoo it holds water. Have to let is sit now for a day just to be sure everything is on the up and up.

As far as the mp10 guards go, I will make one of each just to see how they work. Have a couple other designs I have been thinking about also.

I really enjoyed the building of it. Already thinking another one in blue. :)

For anyone that wants to know how much it cost, I figure I have about 60 dollars into it.
