I’ve been using Vibrant for two and a half weeks, dosing twice a week, to knock out some turf and bryopsis. I’ve also noticed my chaeto hasn’t been growing. Also, over the last few days there began a bit of die off. The chaeto is me brittle than normal. I just did some research on R2R and people have found this problem as well. Anyone here, have this experience? If I stop the Vibrant now, will the chaeto rebound?
Is it dying or not growing? It most likely is being caused from the vibrant but if it isn't killing the chaeto I would continue to dose it until your algae problem goes away or is controlled and then stop dosing
There is some die off, and what’s left breaks apart too easily. I’m worried about an impending mass die off and the resulting surge of nutrients.
