    Hi Guys,

I am a new member and recently acquired a stocked reef tank from someone on Craigslist. I asked the following questions in the new member section but thought my coral question would be best listed here.

What are signs of a health Elegance Coral healthy versus one that is suffering? I have been looking online through various forums but I have had no luck. The Maroon clown has a habit of fanning sand towards the coral which doesn't seem to bother the coral but I am wondering if it is causing stress.

If you knew where it came from, aussie ones are typically more hardy than the indonesia ones. How long your or the previous owner had it is important to know. If its been captive for at least a year then your well past the hump.

Hi David, I emailed the guy last night and he responded saying he has had the elegance coral for 2 years. He didn’t know if was an Aussie or Indonesia.
