What's this worm

    Eating stuff off the rock them you can see him go into the hole. He is so clear I can see the food he ate.

    Cannot really tell for sure, but I would place my bets on what you witnessed as the feeding tube from a peanut worm. If so, they're a harmless detrivore; eats wastes.
