34 gallon red sea max (1 Viewer)

see thats what I mean I have no issue keeping up on it if there are 34 fish in there... isnt that the old rule a inch of fish for a gallon of water? :stupid:

yes, but depends on how heavy you feed them too. some people can load heavy, some can't. I guess 5 small, but it also depends on where they dwell. (bottom, middle or top)

Freshwater or Saltwater? Be more specific.

Freshwater? In a Red Sea Max? Hmmm...

About four or five smallish reef-type fish (small clowns, lined wrasse, shrimp gobies, and the like) in a 34 gallon reef is a good ballpark estimate. About 1/6 of a large niger trigger, if your tastes in fish run more that way.

I've got six fish in a 29g mine and all seem to do well, really depends on what you choose.

Pair of clowns, pair of bangaiis, sixline wrasse, and a engineer goby. Clowns and bangaiis both don't swim around much mostly stay in one place. Sixline is a maintenance fish to keep flatworms and other pests at bay, and regretting the eng. goby.

Wow, you guys are making me rethink my stocking options. I was only planning on a neon goby, firefish and a mccosker's flasher wrasse in my 30gal, maybe I'll try and find some small bottom dweller.
