submariner

So, I know there's a tool that helps you open up the quartz sleeve in the JBJ Submariner UV's...mine burned out, I have the replacement bulb, but the tool is lost in a box somewhere in the move from Chicago to Duluth. Anyone know how to open things up WITHOUT the tool? Matt
