We are excited to announce we have partnered with Ecoxotic to bring LED lighting to the north metro. Once the new rack of tanks is complete they will be lit by LED lighting as well as our display reef tank.

Their fixtures work perfect over cubes! I can get the exact cube shown in the video below, it's a turn key tank with skimmer, pumps and LED lighting. (shown on site for 1149, DA price 1050)

I've been looking a those online and it said they weren't sold in stores, I guess they are now~

Think thay will have a small one to fit over a 5g tank ?

The par lights are flood lights with 5 LEDs. kind of like a flood light. Likely what you'd want to hang over it.

The PAR38 is about all that would work on a 5G tank. All the other types of lighting they have would not be small enough to fit.

Only down side to the PAR38 is you'll have to make your own socket/wiring for it (screws in to a regular light socket) and it's 12K or 4nm.. not both.

Very cool. I've got one of their stunner strips and I'm really happy with it. Are you going to carry their full line in the store? Ill be interested to see the par38s in person.

I will slowly be adding inventory including their full line yes. I plan on lighting the tanks with their lights so there will be ones you can see in action.
