I just got this order for my refugium.
It will also have a DSB, would I need something other than the Lg Naserius snails to move the sand?
Also does anyone keep Mangrove trees. Iwill have 400w of light and would like to keep one in the refuge.

Won't adding those to a fuge work in opposition to the idea of a refugium? I thought that was supposed to be a predator free zone for pods/etc to multiply. Although, your sump is so big its probably more like a 2nd tank than a sump.

Ill keep 1/2 of the shrimp and crabs in the tank.
Ill have about 50# of LR in the Refugium.

When I went up to the mushroom man in Zimmerman, he had some growing in his tank. I can't see them growing fast enough to do much for nutrient export, but they are very cool. If I had a big sump with plenty of overhead clearance like yours, I would do it just because they are cool.

There are some articles on RC about how to train them to have the big fancy roots - I'll have to see if I can find that for you.
