I'm not sure where the best place to put this is. With my new job I travel Iowa every so often. Does anyone know any cool stores that I should check out as i'm driving around the state?

There must be something. They hosted MACNA a few years back.

I'm originally from Des Moines and get home often. Adam's Aquatics and Iowa Pet Foods and Seascapes are good places to check out. The city has no other marine specialty stores. There's Aqualand, which is a much more general pet store that only had freshwater the last time I went.

Not sure about other corners of the state.

Midwest frags and TNT corals are both based out of Iowa. Midwest frags I believe is near Des Moines. And I think TNT is in Marshalltown?? not sure if either is set up as a retail location but I believe they allow visitors to come and pick out corals etc.
