I’m venturing into DIY fish food.

Anyone know a source of fish eggs in the cities?

Tobiko and massago are processed with sugar, rice wine, and corn syrup, and colors.

    Thanks for the input!

You could try coastal seafood in Minneapolis. They process a ton of fresh fish and may be able to get you what youre loooking for.

I know masago is processed with color, but unless it’s pickled or flavored I’ve never heard about anything else to it. Tobiko is’t color processed - they are naturally orange.

    Why not use Reef Caviar?
