What websites work well to upload pics on here, i know photobucket, but does picassa have the image codes?

With Picassa you could just right mouse click on the pic you want to post and select "copy URL / image link".
Just use the insert picture button in the editor here and paste the link.

Yeah, I use Picasa, but used to use Photobucket.
