I have been using Vibrant for a month or two and have seen some pretty good progress with my bubble algae issue. The tank looks cleaner and the glass does not need to be scraped nearly as often. Granted I took a pretty aggressive approach to manually removing much of the bubble algae but the little bit that is left seems to fall of the rocks and get caught in my overflow for easy removal. Just checking to see if anyone has any good or bad experiences with Vibrant. I have not seen any ill effects to my SPS or LPS corals and they are showing really good color but that might be because of the new addition of aminos.

Vibrant has worked for me multiple times with bubble algae; although I dosed the higher levels no matter how much there was.

I am dosing once per week per the instructions and will back down to once every two weeks once everything is cleared up, should only be a few more weeks based on the progress so far

I'm thinking of trying it to kill the little bits of bubble algae I'm seeing. My new emeralds have done pretty good on it.
My only concern is what it will do to my chaeto and fuge. But I'll save a bunch of it in a bucket to replenish if it dies.

Yup it wiped out the Chaeto in my fuge but I figured I could get more if need be. Nitrates are staying barely measurable.

    Good catch!
I discontinued the use of my ATS before I started dosing the Vibrant.

Worked for me too. Was a little slow, then,
Like mentioned I went with a higher dose. Has anyone noted any issues with their Corals?

Does anybody does as part of routine maintenance, maybe every 2 weeks

I have not seen any issues and I have a mixed tank, mostly SPS but some LPS and a few zoas all look good and are growing. I am sticking with the directed dose of 1ml per 10 gallons once a week as I have heard most issues people have had are from overdosing

I overdosed on one tank.. I am paying for it with elevated nitrate levels and an explosion of green slime.

I've used one large bottle so far on a weekly dose with minimal impact over ~2mo. My cheto stopped growing and then grew like nuts once I missed dosing this past week. Glass has been cleaner though.

For the second bottle I'm increasing to twice a week as there has been no change in other algaes (not growing as much perhaps but not dying either).

Perhaps leaving any cheto in the system hampered the effect by 'absorbing' what would have attacked other algae.

BRS just did a video where they tested vibrant on 6 different tanks for a period of 12 weeks I think it was. They got great results. The stuff works.

It has worked for me doing the 1 dose per week. I had to increase my NOPOX dosing a little for the bump in nutrients.

It helped kick algae in my 45g. Like others said, if you have any macro algae it will nuke that too. Be aware of that! :)

Correction to my post... definitely should have removed my cheto.

I thought it was growing but was actually breaking apart and covering the surface of my water giving the illusion of more.

Guessing it will be more effective now that it is removed (what little was left).

I am definitely impressed so far, still dosing one ML per gallon once a week. I don't know how much bubble algae it has actually killed but it definitely has slowed / halted any new growth. The refugium is now offline as it killed all of my Chaeto but I am OK with that. Will still keep the huge running for the other critters in there.

I predict @DarkSky will be shipping bags of cheto all over the country now.

My AOI just cleared this week.. I mean .. Clear.. Cept some hair algae sticking to plugs. dont want to use any more H2O2 at this point. Vibrant did its job. Oh and tank just hit 8 months. Might be part of it.. Not sure.
