I have a Fluval Evo 13.5 tank that I have limited space for a heater, I had a Cobalt Neotherm that burned out within a couple weeks and now I’m looking to replace with something else . I have 6 1/2” to work with

I would have suggested the cobalt. Did you get it replaced on warranty?

I haven’t called cobalt yet, but I’ve been seeing a lot of reviews saying that theirs have been dying relatively soon. I just don’t won’t to finally get livestock in my tank then have the heater go out.

If you can fit one, eheim jagers have served me well. I replace them preemptively every year but they're pretty cheap.
