I am a big supporter of local businesses and try to get most of my supplies/corals locally. That being said, if I need an expensive fish, this is the only place I will shop. Every fish I have purchased from them has arrived happy, healthy, feeding, mostly quarantined, and with a solid 14 day guarantee. If you are purchasing a 200.00+ fish, It is hard to justify purchasing from a LFS as none I know of stand behind their fish. It’s a shame more LFS have not adopted the Diver Den policy. I would gladly pay more for a fish that the store has properly quarantined and is confident enough to back with a guarantee. Maybe someday. Until then, Divers Den is my friend.

I agree. I've had great luck with DD fish. Clams, not so much

Also of note- I have never had to use their “return” policy.

    Same here.
Back when I could keep clams in my old system, any clam (now matter where it shipped from) would slowly perish. But if I purchased the clam during the Open House Tours, all of them did okay. I have no idea why or how, but that's the way it was for me back then. I'm hoping to be able to keep clams again in the new system, so we'll see.
