Sponsor-A-Newbie Program (1 Viewer)

Great Idea, I'm in need of an insider from st Cloud, that can keep me upto date on meetings, bounce ideas off of, and so on.
 
I am willing to be an open resource to anyone in the northern suburbs. Please note that if you've already met me and gotten my take on how to setup and maintain an aquarium, I would advise seeking out others, as more than one opinion is always better.
 
I live in Saint Louis Park and was wondering if someone could either show me there tank or help me get an idea on how to use a sump and refugium on my 75gal. I would also find it helpful if they came over and made sure that my protein skimmer is hooked up correctly (did not have instructions) and possibly give me some pointers on my tank. It would be greatly appreciated and I am available pretty much anytime. Thanks, Dylan

If you wanted to take a drive you could check out my tank in Lakeville. Or anyone else on the south side of town, feel free to contact me in a pm if you would like some help.

We've been reading TCMAS for a while but we'd be up for a mentor. We're not confident we're set up right and honestly we're frustrated with our tank and all.... Nothing is dying...but nothing thrives (well...algae) and we could use some good tips. Anyone open to taking us on? I have some equipment now, but I'm not sure if it's the right stuff or not... or even if I can do a SW with the set up I have now (tank that I want to use is on my desk -30gal - no way to put a sump on it)
