When is the next meeting? I have posted a thread under the newbie area without success of finding an answer. Are meetings open to new members? I am confused. The main page of your website states that meeting attendance is encouraged, yet I have been keeping my eyes open for info for the past few weeks without success. If meetings are not open to the public, that's OK. I just want to know.

April 30th is the next meeting that I can find. will be at Mrbill's place in annandale. he's got a beautiful 210 mixed reef, and more wrasses than you can count.

should be on the calendar, which i think is viewable to everyone.
 
Good grief! I just found the event posted on your calender! Sorry about the question. Are RSVPs needed to attend?

I don't recommend that for your first meeting. It is a business meeting and there will be no tank there to see.

MrBill's is worth the drive to annandale.

Welcome to the club Michele and to answer your question, generally, no rsvp is needed unless the host requests a reply to plan for space requirememnts or food, etc.

Mr. Bills meeting in Annandale would be an excellent first meeting for you to attend. I don't know where you live, but you may be able to carpool with someone from your area. Just throw a thread out there and see who's available.

The meeting in March is a business meeting with much on the agenda to be discussed regarding club issues. No fishies or corals will be attending.

Again, welcome and feel free to ask any questions or share your insights on just about anything.
 
Come on over. I will be doing burgers or something so I will ask for a head count closer to the meeting so I know what I need for food. Jonty will be co-hosting with me this year. Hope the snow is all gone by then.:beerchug:
 
Wow, Annandale is a long haul from Bloomington... but my girlfriend's parents live up there. Maybe I can sneak over to see the tank then ;)
