Wow. I was looking at ordering a tank from them. Got quoted $850 for just the tank. I was quoted over $1100 for a Miracles rimless with same dimensions. A tube a silicone. That is ridiculous! :mad_3:

What was his response?
Pete,
If you need some help let me know. I've seen (and built) enough tanks now to be able to give you a hand. As long as the seams do not contain major bubbles and the silcone adheres to the the full edge of the glass with a nice thick bead you are not going to have problems.
it is next to impossible for everything to be perfectly symmetric once glued if the tank was hand built. Don't let this stress you out more than is has too:freak6:
ok so finally got a hold of Eddie he said that the seal look like that so the top is even and for to look clean . so i told him that i shouldn't have to do any work to the tank that is why i purchase it new and not used . so i told him i wanted some of my money back for the trouble and the time am gonna spend fixing something that should off been done from the beginning, they also said that the over flow only needs to be seal on the sides and not the bottom, i laugh when i herd that . i told him , so what happens if my pump stops all the water is gonna go thew the bottom and overflow the sump .
things people do to get out of paying money back .
How is this all coming along since the tank issues? Filled up yet?
:bigw:
Dude come over sometime .
