120 gallons of "No Honey, it doesn't cost that much..." (1 Viewer)

Well, let's see how this goes...I now have my first corals (couple of zoanthids) in my new setup (Thanks guy9smiley2!). They opened right up and seem happy thus far, I will need to relocate 2 of them to smaller rocks when I get a chance. Still fighting a variety of algae, but the snails are slowly working it down.

Managed to pick up some frags from a few members. Pardon the "snow" in the pictures, the Diamond Goby is doing a major remodel under a rock and starting to make himself at home.

With some white lights on, these look a little better.

Best shot I could get right now, will have to play around with Camera settings and lights to figure out which gives a better FTS. Until then, this will have to suffice...I think the clownfish are confused why the lights flipped back on. If you can't tell, the Goby made his home under the rock in the front left corner. He's still excavating sand from under the rock - no fear of collapse, the rock sits on the glass.

Awesome! Perhaps some of our reefer photographers can give some quick tips on how to get the white balance correct for reef photos?

his wife found out how much it actually costs and killed him lol jk hope the tank is doing good would love to see some updated pics

my biggest fear is that my wife will sell everything for the price i told her i paid for it..

Sorry for the delay, been mostly work and little else for a while. I'm working on updated pictures (kind of a before and after). Some things have really sprouted in the last few months - others are just there.

And no, she doesn't know how much...she doesn't ask, I don't tell... ;)

Ok, a few snapshots from what I had on my phone. Full Tank Shot will have to wait until lights are on...and I clean...still have a little algae growing on glass (but getting better with GFO now).
