Just wondering why I don't have access to this anymore? How do I get my access back?

Non-members no longer have access to this thread as the site has undergone a transition.

If you attend a meeting or pay the 30$ you will have this privilege reinstated.

Country Clubin. Do I have to wear a collared shirt to the meeting?

Sort of disappointing, I have to wait till a meeting comes around my neck of the woods. I have some primo corals for sale, that could have been posted in our sale forum.

As mentioned already in the postings above this has been discussed over and over and there is nothing that can be changed about it for now.

It was a member decision and we executed it.
However for those who can't attend meetings because they live to far away, for personal or any other reason we created the TCMAS Supporter pais subscription which gives you the same benefits as regular members:
Access to the Members Only forums, Classifieds, workshops and monthly giveaways and also a free table at our Expo's.

Nice to see an alternative, I could barely get to a meeting when my life was half as busy.

Yet you have time to meet and buy and sell frags. Seems like perhaps the problem isn't your life being too busy, but your priorities not aligning with the club.

:deadhorse: These threads are starting to get a bit annoying lol I've learned and mastered all of the arguments for both sides by this point.

Example:

"You can come to the cities to sell frags but not go to a meeting?"

"I don't like the time commitment of the meetings."

"But they're fun and contribute to the hobby."

"I wish I could, but I'm too busy."

"But you have time to come down to the cities to sell frags, but not to go to a meeting."

Repeat

Kinda harsh? I think he was thanking you guys for having an alternative for his busy schedule...

I know it's easier for me to find time to sell and buy frags since I can do it on my days off. Meetings more often than not are on days when I work. Thanks to DG though I have a chance to actually make it to one.

I agree with you as it has been discussed over and over but when the BOD or a MOD would close a thread like this we get hammered with PM's from users accusing us of not people allowing them to hear their voice. But when we keep them open we get complaints also.

It is not easy for us either.
We are trying to be patient with it. It is a big change after all

I think he was complimenting the idea. No reason to be aggressive about it.

To all the folks who don't like the way I put it...meh. it's the truth, whether you want to believe it or not. We all have lots of things to do in life, yet somehow the majority of people find a way to make it to meetings, to host meetings, to volunteers for committees, to be on the BOD, to work at events, or some other way to be involved. The BOD even have even given you the lazy way out by letting you buy your way in. If you can't do any of those things, if your life is so harried and you are so poor you can offer up $30...then I apologize.
