hope your not sick of pictures yet... if anyone knows how to shoot pics with just blue leds on plz pass along some knowledge

i find it odd that 2 corals on the sides came into focus but not the back... oh well love that color and polyp extension on that dhummel...

Likely the two corals in focus are at the same distance and if the camera has multi point foucs it chose to focus on those :)

Like the cubed pic in #66, for some reason that angle is shot mostly by cube tank owners
 
okay so posting pics of thge stand and canopy didnt happen last night obviously.. sorry... last night was choas at the restaraunt... irregardless jon at cosmic left me come by at 9am to pick up a special order.. i was going to be getting a yasha golby shrimp pair, but alas the vendor supplied him with some hi-fin red banded and shrimp pairs so i got that instead.. acclimating it now as i get rdy for work..

ive been looking for a long time... i dont know why more places dont carry them... they do require *ehem*...prefer the 65k-10k spectrum to retain the color. usually i see 4-5" specimens around that $100.00 tag on line so i know at a lfs they would be more but still they are an amazing piece.. now that i found this i can look for a real nice cabbage leather... had one in the past that had a nice teal/turquoise sheen to it.. its amazing how i am gravitating to alot of the corals i genuinely started with back in the late 90s early 00's.. gotta throw in some of the new age acans though as well

FYI, I put that colony of "not sopranos" under my purple plus and blue plus t5 combo with the other two t5's off and they look very nice, can only imagine the pop you are going to get under blue led's. I'm assuming it will be pretty sweet, but I don't have led's so I can't say for sure.:eek2:

its an eye catcher... the color on it is amazing... yesterday it expanded to around 4". i have noticed it doesnt open up until my daylights come on.. it then stays open for the rest of the lighting cycle.
