Monthly or Quarterly Dinners- Any Interest? (1 Viewer)

Any interest in a doing a dinner/get-together during the weekend of MACNA for those of us not lucky enough to be in San Diego?
A "No MACNA for you! Pity Party"; if you will?

There's no scheduled house meetings during the month, but it doesn't mean that we can't gather somewhere and talk behind the backs of those going to MACNA.

Yes... I'm jealous of those that are going. :bawling:

Should we set up a RSVP thread to get a number of those interested and then schedule something?
Or just schedule something and see how many people show up?

Checking on the weekend this would actually be (9/9-9/11) and I'm out the 9th for sure. Let me know if you want to pick a place/time and I'll make a RSVP thread.

Awwwwww, sadly I wont be able to make it if you schedule for 9/9-9/11

So, Marty... How about meeting up in Blaine?
If you get too drunk, pull a "Frank the Tank" and need a nearby place to crash, I know of a place that should be available.

I asked my calendar if I had anything coming up and she informed me that I have nothing on my schedule for Saturday the 10th.
Whether we plan for something to start later in the day or early evening, I'm good with that. As for where, I'm open for suggestions. If we go somewhere to eat, I suggest eating food that is cooked; none of that sushi****.

I'd love to attend and chat Macna stuff but I'm busy both Friday and Saturday due to family in town and my wife's 30th birthday. Is there any benefit in having it a few days after to discuss products that were released as well as have people that attended share their experiences on those products and speeches they heard?

While you make a very valid point, the risk is Angie could attend. Hummm... ;)

Sushi is delicious. You just can't think about what it is that you are eating.

What if we schedule our meeting/dinner at the same place as you take your wife and the family out to dinner and you can play the "Gotta use the restroom." card throughout the night and hit up both events!
Huh... huh!!! :icon_deal:
What could go wrong? She'll never know!!!
