I usually use a solid cooler with towels on top and underneath the bags to keep them snug and comfy ;) If the temps are cooler then I sometimes take a 3 ziploc bags and fill one with very warm water and then put that bag inside the other 2 so it insulates and doesn't transfer heat as fast... also want to wrap a towel around that one too. :)

I might have missed this but is there enough room for tables and chairs in the middle for folks who don't have a booth to sell/trade or to sit and eat etc? Also, is there a floorplan showing where all the vendors are located? Thanks :)
 
If you go to the main page and click on TCMAS Events, then click on fall expo 2015 vendors tab it will bring up the floor plan for the vendors and whatever extra room their may be.

The floor plan is actually likely to change due to the recent addition of grilling food at the site (we had to get the ok for this)

There will be room for you to set up, if not in the main room with the vendors than in the side room which is likely where the guest area will be now. Just check in with me when you get there.

My name is Rich. I am from the Ocean State(That's Rhode Island)I'm sure nobody here knows me, except Angie- I was on the MASNA BOD with her. Plus all my fans are from New England.lol I wish I could go to your meetings and expo. Everyone have a great time at your expo! .. I sorry for hacking the thread, but I wanted to put in my best to everyone at TCMAS.Try to put some pictures or video up from the expo, so I can see the great corals and fish that were there(Angie would love to make me jealous of your expo) Good luck and have a blast.
