This is tenative on getting a house this spring/summer.

The aquascape will be of epic proportions involving alot of holes, arches and lots of rock shelves, and a couple of pillars to setup my arches and I will be epoxying the hell out of the rocks.

Looks like the beginning of an awesome build plan! My only suggestion...With a tank that large make sure that your sump will be large enough to handle the additional water that drains during a power outage. That way you don't have to worry about fancy plumbing with anti-siphon holes or check valves. Less things to keep maintained!

When I cut power to my tank about 30G of water drains from the tank down to the sump.

if you are going with custom aquariums build why not use their siphon stopper return and h2o overflow system?

Good best practice. But if the return was bumped further into the water, and you lost a return pump for one reason or another (power, pump failure, clog, ect.), it could quickly turn into a large problem.

I used locline, and had a very similar fear (185g) but maybe 2-4 gallons gets drained with power outage, I think it can be done in a way that is both safe and also very reliable for power outages.

I'm really surprised you would pick Razors for a larger tank unless you already own them and want to reuse. I don't really find them to be that good for larger tanks. I've had Razors on small tanks and frag tanks but never would consider for larger show.

What about 24in Reef Breeder Photon's? I've had the before and my growth was excellent.

Also with how I will place the returns, they will be at the back and unaccessable to my kids.

I'm assuming 350g deminsions will be wider ( front to back ) than 24". In this case, I personally would regardless what brand you go with would do two rows of LEDs.

In theory I was going to run 3 razors since the tank is 6ft long and 36 wide. I was going to run them so their was a light every 2ft and would be brighter in the middle. But I can do the same thing with the reef breeders. And I just looked and I had forgotten they had 32in setups so in light of this discovery I will be using reef breeders again for the build. The Photon 32 W is what I am looking at.

Have you considered running t5's instead of LED?

I had 2 36" reef breeders on a 210 gallon tank that had great coverage and excellent growth.
