I was trying to watch it on the phone before it was not working, but then watched on the PC and Wow. Looks So Awesome

I got one in QT right now. When they get big, I think they are one of the prettiest angles around
I'll be really curious to know how yours is on personality. They strike me as reclusive based in the limited feedback I've gotten. Certainly more so than an emperor.

Tank has definitely improved this past year, far cry from the prior challenges.

Very purdy! Any nipping?
Daily, he constantly grazes on the pectina but rarely enough to cause damage.

It nips at the zoas when stressed or when I damage them to stop spreading... though he just nips and then they seem to spread elsewhere. Guess when bigger it'll be a gulp.

The toadstool, he'll bite at less but they're splitting quite a bit and tentacles are shorter now, this may be partially related to other factors.

Leaves most favia, favites, platygyra, shrooms, ricordia, gorgonian, gsp, gorgonian, hammer, monti, & acros alone. I did have one favia it went after immediately. If I try to reintroduce it, it will have to be in my coral box first, then place in a different spot altogether. He may take interest in the other coral if less attractive ones didn't exist.

As a rule, placing new coral in my tank is a no no because the slimming up attracts him. They typically go to the sump, then a rack or isolation box for a few days.

Having seen your tank in person I am surprised he isn't scared of the tangs considering he is the size of the Naso's tail. All I can think is "hey... hey guys... wait for me. I can't swim that fast" in a kids voice. 😂 Glad it's doing well!!!

Ya, it kinda seemed like they didn't care because it was soooo small.

They look great along with the tank as well!!!

Awesome. Is the plan or hope the tusk fish don’t create too much damage to the reef as they grow. Or is it more they tend to go after shrimpies and things.
