Glad it is sorted is the current firmware reloaded or there is a new firmware released?
right now I have ver 24 on the ATK and it says ok.

Got it fixed with new firmware and power supply

I thought it might be the power supply. I keep a spare as they seem to be the 1st thing that goes. My COR 20 was acting up last month and did not even consider the power supply as I was not getting a low volt error. After working with support I measured the power brick output and it was supplying only 19v instead of 24v. Swapped to the spare and all worked again.

Yah, when I measured it I just assumed my crappy meter was showing something lower than it really put out. Glad it's working now.
