Time for a concentrated citric flush.
- All lines including waste in a citric acid concentrate.
- Set testing to occur hourly.
- Don't wait more then a few days as bacteria and grime can solidify without new water and/or make lines impossible to clear.
- Repeat several tests with ro water.
- Recalibrate.
* All this can be done with a dosing pump running constantly if you like. Just slip all lines out of their solenoids and push fluids. Generally do not push through the intake as it's the dirtiest line.
I was getting an error on my trident not reading. I could blow air through most of the lines. Running my fingernail down the length in question I felt a hard spot.
Turns out a tinny hard fleck had built up in the intake line after a year and I was able to clear.
Several other lines have also become discolored from reagent or other and my cuvette had also become quite dirty. This photo is after the second flush.

In the meantime I mixed some ultra concentrated citric acid and put all line in it, including the waste. Then set to test every hour which will run twice on each because it will error out and try a second time.
