Aberrix's 40 Gallon Breeder (1 Viewer)

That's a beautiful RBTA. I have been looking for one of those.

Thanks! It's originally from David Grigor who sold it to ShaneDolan where it got a little chewed up after trying to commit suicide once or twice... I've been nursing him back to health since...

Looking great - I am sure I said it before, but have to say it again - I just love your rock work

Tank has been up 3 months today, Happy Birthday!

Looks really good! I love the huge montiporas you have
I am a huge fan of your rockwork too

so its been 3 weeks. Anything new going on with your tank?

heh, nothing really... upped the temp to 81F, feeding daily trying to get the clowns to produce eggs... *shrugs*

my anemone decided to go for a walk this morning... he's inbetween some rocks now *sigh* hopefully he doesn't go for a suicide attempt. he's really starting to look nice and healthy now and he goes and does this... grrr

got possible pests? (thread in general area for ID), no idea what they are, if they're bad or how to get rid of them...

tank is just kinda on auto-pilot right now, quasi trying to get the clowns to spawn and just keeping my eyes peeled for new corals :)

Hi, I'm building something similar for a 29 gal tank. I have a frame of wood 2x4s and 4x4s and have some metal corner brackets that wrap around the corner and under the connecting piece. Would just putting screws into the metal brackets make the stand secure?

How did you find this almost 10yr old thread?! Impressive.
Most stands I've seen dont have any exterior bracing, maybe cause salt drips on it?
