ACIII / Aquanotes Help (1 Viewer)

You may also need to enable some forwarding via wireless in the router.

This is just me guessing since I've never had one of these things and don't know how they need to be set up.

I'm not special enough to have such high tech toys - my big accomplishment for the day is getting my fuge light off my ladder.

I would love to figure it out, I did go through all the settings and tried to get it to work and couldnt. I may try again later but right now I'm trying to keep from throwing it out the window.

If you are going to throw it out the window, let me know about 20 minutes ahead so I'm ready to catch it.

I would need to know more of how you are setting this up, I will make a couple assumptions based on default IP addressing on the ACIII and the Linksys WAG54G.

I will assume that you are using the defaults
AC III = 192.168.1.50/24 GW 192.168.1.1
WAG54G = 192.168.1.250/24 GW 192.168.1.1

The problem maybe as simple as telling the AC III that the GW is the IP address of the WAG54G. IF you change the GATEWAY IP address on the ACIII to 192.168.1.250 (The IP address of the WAG54G). You still may need to set up some routing table in your router but I think the problem really lies in the fact that the ACIII can't find the Router at 192.168.1.1. IF you then verify that the WAG54G has a gateway setting of 192.168.1.1 I would think that it should work as desired.

IF it still doesn't work and you ned more help send me a PM and I can give you a phone number to call me at
