Apex question (1 Viewer)

My apex has two EB power modules, two dos, FMM and a trident. It also has a temp and PH probes. I log in and it appears as everything is working normal but no graphs show up for anything recent.

When I click on any probe it says it was last updated on 10/1. For example here is the temp.


It does not appear to be dead as I can control the EBs and even trigger the trident to run a test. I also just watched the dos do one of its water changes but the graph still appears blank.

Any suggestions on what is going on? It seems like it's working I just do not have any visibility of what's going on. I tried a software reboot and cycled power. It also says all my devices are up to date on firmware.

Software reboot and power cycle would have been the first thing I would try. If I were to try the next thing I would re-setup which is going to be PITA if you don’t save all the programming. Try putting in a ticket they might be able to remotely debug it

I recall reading about this before. I think it either means your SD card is going kaput, or you just need to restart.

If it’s the SD card, as @asifiqbal2 said save you programming as it’s a pain to migrate. Card replacement is easy, the hard part is getting a card with SMALL enough capacity. They need to be like 16gb or less. Here’s the one I ordered for when I need it:

I just watched a video on this. Looks easy enough to do. Guess I need to learn how to save my programming. I really don't have much expect my dos schedules. I could write those down just in case. I may just submit a ticket and see what they say. I was hoping someone on here would just call me dumb and tell me I needed to do something easy.

Probably the SD card, but I would open a ticket with them before you do anything. There may be something support can do, otherwise they can at least confirm that is the case.

I finally got around to changing out the SD card. Seems fixed at the moment but time will tell. I ended up saving a configuration to it before but could not figure out a way to load it. Ended up having to rename all my modules again. Only programing I had to do were my DOS schedules for AWC, AFR and part B. But I had the code from the configuration file so took about 30-40 minutes after I figured out what everything was.

I am not sure why my AWC continued to work but dosing AFR and part B have been disabled. I was thinking the trident was working too but after manually triggering the test, it looks like it wasnt. Hopefully it will just start logging everything again.
