maybe, that's a can o' worms when talking about allowing video files being uploaded to our servers and then streamed/played from our servers. There's a discussion to be had, but it could lead to needing more resources (compute, network, disk and therefore $$$).
Put the vids on youtube and set them to unlisted. Use their web servers , not ours!
