OK, I am starting a tank progression thread to show how things change over time. This will be 6 months with whatever pictures I have on hand right now, I am missing an SD card so there are no pictures just prior to the "Great Nuking"
I started with a 10 gallon AGA with 40 watts power compacts in the standard AGA hood.

I added about 10 lbs live rock. 2 pieces.

Nice cycle, added live stock, another big live rock. 15lbs live rock.

After this I got some corals from a fellow reefer in the Eau claire reef club. Lost pictures. Were, GSP, taro tree, Xenia, and few zoas.
Bought a 30 gallon, planning to re-seal it. Buy coral beauty in anticipation.
Moved back in with parents, long story involving an evil woman, and fight over house. Nothing dies in transit.
Re-sealed 30 gallon in GE II window and door, let cure for 1 week. Moved Livestock into 30 gallon. Great nuking had commenced. Realized I had messed up pretty bad just hours into the ordeal. Got 10 gallon running again ASAP.
Saved 3 crabs and 2 colony of zoas, everything else deceased.
Live rock and crabs sit in 10 gallon for a few weeks while I wallow in self pity.
Learned from my mistakes, got over it. I bought real aquarium silicone in black, re-seal 30 gallon and de-rimmed the top. Ready to get reefing again!

Looking pretty sharp, cleaned all the hard water build up out, tank sat with toxic water in it for a few weeks. Gunk really built up. I realized glass was scratched really bad, after I painted it. (I had painted the "Front" and not the "Back")
Bought a damselfish to "test" the "new" 30 gallon. It didn't die, moved everything back over.
Bought more live rock to fill out the 30 gallon better and a clownfish.

Bought even more live rock and coral.
