Looks like a great set up.
two things that stand out to me are (this is the critique you asked for)
The 6 led instead of 2 - 250 mh lights. I don't think you would have any color temperature advantage if you used 2 10,000k mh bulbs and what ever combo of blue-purple t5's to control temp. electricity consumption would be a bit less as well.
Ive never been a fan of closed loop systems when you could be running that water through another cheato tank, a sump with some carbon, and so on.
I don't know how much space you have but what about running two different loops through two separate sumps with protein skimmers, fuge, and cheato tanks?
