From what I know, the set up/build is real, and the tank is most likely in his garage/house. From talking with him a few weeks ago, he is way to busy for his own good.....but that doesn't excuse the "off the grid" attitude that he has adopted lately
Ben have you seen at least a pic of the tank? I don't see why a pic can't be produced using a phone or a P&S camera. How can someone buy and spend all this $$$ and not have camera, especially when it can be shipped to your home. For now I say its all BS, I will apologize if it is all real, but won't for the off the grid attitude like you mentioned.

some where in this post rays theres specs of the nikon d90 he bought so its not for lack of camera...unless the tank is so crystal clear it doesnt show up...:gay1:

I think we're all become "housewife" here lately. Winter really get into you guys or what? This is his build and if he decided not to build, it's his decision. Why just shout out that he's BS just because he can't show you what you want to see? Just leave him alone. We're all can dream and hopefully can make it come true one day. If I have to spend that much money for this hobby, I will have a second thoughts anyway.
How can someone goto school that much and work two jobs afford enough money for all the materials for this build. He has to at least won the lottery or taken out a huge sum of loans. But if he won the lottery why would he even bother going to school. I gotta see it to believe it myself!

I talked to him today. The tank is up, water in, cycling. So he's not around here much, who cares? I agree with Jonty - desperate housewives just creating drama, stirring the pot on someone else's business. He said he's post up some pictures when he got to it. It's this kind of soap-opera hating crap that's probably keeping him away from here.
The only one with "issues" are the people hating on him for not putting up pictures. Everyone has their priorities, and obviously tcams is low for him right now. No reason to be so negative on him. I'm sure that will be supportive and make him feel welcomed back when his schedule frees up a bit. How's about "Clint, we miss you around here, hope to see some pictures of your tank when you get some more time". My goodness....
