Can someone confirm if these are clown eggs? Anything I need to do if so or general guidance?

Yes, those are clown eggs.
If you want to rear them, you'll need a separate 10 gallon tank and other stuff. At minimum TDO B2 pellets, brine shrimp eggs, and rotifers

Yeah been reading on that.. no where near ready or prepared but maybe in the future. I guess free fish food for now 
And coral food too! Let me know when/if you want to start things up!
