TCMAS is prepared to move forward and organize our first ever BBQ and Garage Sale this Spring/Summer.
It is likely to be held in mid to late June, and hosted in Maplewood.
This will be an opportunity for everyone to get their fish rooms, under tank boxes, and boxes of fish stuff taking up closet space organized!
We all have stuff sitting around that we would like to get rid of, and there are other people here that have use for this. Not all of us want to take the time to go through taking pictures and posting small items on classifieds and many of us dont want to buy things on classifieds because of the drive times.
This will bring everything to 1 location! Give people a chance to move some items they dont need anymore, and give everyone else a chance to pick up some deals on multiple items without having to tour the cities to get them!
We will also be running a TCMAS BBQ, with hot dogs and burgers for all! (if you prefer a veggie burger, please send me a PM and we will make sure your tummy is taken care of as well). So even if you dont have anything to sell, or want to buy anything, come hang out with your fellow reefers and get some food! Dogs, burger, soda and water will be available for a small fee.
There will be no charge to setup 'shop' at the event, all you need to do is let us know you will be attending and plan to sell some stuff. We need to make sure we have plenty of space available for everyone!
For organizational purposes, PLEASE PM ME to RSVP yourself at the event to sell things.
If you plan on attending the event just to hang out, eat, or to buy, please feel free to post in the thread so we can get a handle on how much food to bring.
