Hi my Name Is Johnpaul I am not exactly new but have only posted rarly at best, you could say I have been just lurking around, reading and learning. I have been reefing for only a couple years now, I just recently tord down my 36 gallon bow front here are some picturs if I can figure it out.

I had been just lurking around, reading and learning also. Now when I have something to say I say it. I am learning more by getting more involved and asking questions. And hopefully I will learn to type faster. Get involved, and speak up.

For some reason the 36 gallon pics did not load I will re post them in alittle bit.
 
is this an inwall build what kind of lighting are you thinking about using. what other equipment are you planning on using we like lots of details here lol so that we can live vicariously through your build.

You've had that tank a while, I see grass on the ground....

Yea, I am just getting around to posting the build on hear. I actualy had the tank sitting around for over a year before I even touched it and have moved since getting the tank as well. like mentioned in OP I just tore down the 36 to move things

Yes Nate, This is a in wall build, I am going to use 3 ecotech radions, Reef Octo 3000int for the skimmer, and a reeflo dart for return and 2-3 mp 40s for flow.
 
Update

Well a little late on posting more pictures of the build, I have been busy the last few days. As promised here are somemore pictures of the progress.

I felt distructive here and tore the dry wall of the wall where the tank will be sitting.

Here is a picture of the hvac duct that needed to be moved over because it was in the way of where the hole is going to be (note- pic is after duct was moved you can tell if looking at first photo)

This a picture of the floor in the tank/laundry room that I epoxyed(<--spell?) I think it turned Out good for one of those DIY kits.

Update

Hi everyone, Just a little update have a few more pictures here for all you guys and gals to check out. I hope you like what you see and if you have any questions or advice or tips i would be happy to answer and or here them thanks.:biggthumpup:

Got the location all markerd out lol some very percise work there.

Here I got the massive header built and installed in its location. the header is two 2x12 with 1/2inch plywood sandwiched in between, all glued and screwed together. I put I up there in its location all by my self which was a mistake should of got helpers it was a pain. Here are some pics of the header in and the wall framing and the hole.

UPDATE!

So I have been procrastinating lately and have not posted on the build. So with out making you guys wait any longer.

mapierce7- This is just for you,lol. I had a brs duel reactor laying around so i converted it to to use as a duel DI canisters and used the old DI canister for an extra sediment fillter.

Got some more work done on the wall, got it all insulated more or less just to help a small bit with any noise.

Got the moisture resistance green dry wall up and and mudded and filled all hole and on both sides of the wall.....FYI I HATE SANDING DRY WALL->lol

Got the wall wall primmed with kilts moisture and mold resistance primer
First coat.

Also Scored a used iwaki md55-rlt from my best friend for free. It was in really rought shape when I got it. Will be used for mixing station pump.
