GB: Jebao WP25 and WP40 UPDATED READ PLZ. (1 Viewer)

Update.

Well finally have received an email back and the new controllers and pumps will be available this Friday. Should have them shipped beginning of next week from the sounds of it (im hoping). At this point I am just waiting for the new controllers to be finished and shipped to me. Jebao stated: "You want old controller instock, new Friday" I would guess that means they are going to be available this Friday.... I sent another email to them and will get confirmation on the orders.

For ANYONE wanting to cancel your orders. Please do if you wish, I have plenty of others that want the pumps that will be canceled... Since I have received multiple emails & PM's on the Jebao pumps and ones that will be available with the canceled orders, PLEASE DO NOT PM ME TO BUY ONE. I will post after pumps are received and have final counts on here for anyone else that is interested, if there is any left.

TO CANCEL: Simply send an email to: sales@fragtasticreef.com and you should have a refund and cancelation notice email within 24hrs. However I can't determine the time it will take to show on your credit card or paypal account.

NOTE TO TCMAS MEMBERS:

I do not live on TCMAS and have been swamped at the store. Best way to contact us is via Phone, Email, or stop in our store. Sometimes I will not be on TCMAS checking threads or PM's for a 2-3+ days at a time, so if something comes up just give me a jingle.
 
WP40 should be on their way any day now, received an email last night again saying they are ready! WP25 am waiting for final controller upgrades and product to be ready. I would hope that I receive the WP40's in stock this next week depending on shipping times.. And hope to get the WP25's the same week or following week....
 
I'm keeping my eyes peeled for extra wp25's in case there are any left over from those whom have cancelled their order... ;)
 
As stated earlier I will not have a final count on the pumps until they are received in. I have other stores that are buying some off my order to fulfill customer requests at other LFS's. I will have some left, but am unsure at this time how many.
 
I just Cancelled my wp40 but kept 3 wp25.

Leaves a wp40 for someone!!

Are you for surely going to have extra WP25's? I have need of a pump and would rather get one of these pumps from you, however, if there aren't going to be extra's I have a tunze I could go with... I would just rather have the WP25! ;)
I'm not in a big hurry... just want to make sure one's available before I pass on the tunze.

Yes I will have extras of the WP25.

As for an update they said they were shipping this week, but have not received tracking information and sent them an email 2 days ago and had a response this morning. They are suppose to be shipping the WP40 this Monday from what they have said. Thanks again everyone for your patience.
 
Well the WP40's are almost here! FINALLY!! The tracking shows they are in Kentucky at this time and on their way, shouldn't be too much longer for them.

The WP25 I have not had a tracking number yet, sent over an email today to find out whats going on with them.
 
The WP40 have arrived and everyone that paid for shipping should have a tracking number in your email. For others that where picking up I believe I have contacted all of you and already touched base with ya for pickup times.

I Have some WP40's left! So whoever wants them they will be for sale at my store. Price is $99.99 per pump. First come first serve on these.

As for the WP25's I have some bad news... Currently they said the other day in an email its still a 2-3 week lead time for some... Not sure what to all do on this as there is not that many of them sold at this time, and minimum I have to receive is 48qty. With only around 6-10 pumps of them sold do not know if its worth the hassle getting them in... Input would be great, what do you guys think?
 
Hey I ordered 3 wp25 but if it's not a good business decision then cancel the shipments. U been bustin chop to deal with this so no hard feelings if u decide not to bring the wp25
