I am having problems logging in. Some times I just get kicked when I leave the website. Even if I click the stay logged in box. Other times it will not even recognize my log in information and just send me to the sign up page. I seem to be able to bypass this by accessing a message via my personal email viewing it under view this conversation. It just started happening this weekend. Anybody know why?

I was just going to post this same thing. I haven't had issues on my desktops, but only on my phone. I'm going to try clearing my browser's cookies to see if that helps.

Well I was able to log in just fine on my phone. I'll restart my phone and see if I'm prompted to relog in.

Seems better. Try clearing your cookies. It was logged in when I came back.

I did clear all my cache files and free up 15 gigs. So, thanks for that! Unfortunately it did not change anything on here.

Me too. Have to log in every time. But it does remember my name and password in the type bars, but still have to click log in.

Ok..Everything cleared! Probably even some stuff I should have saved ;( Still the same problems. I do not think it is on my end, but I am also not a computer guy as you can tell.

I will check something later tonight. Are all of you having problems via a mobile browser (i.e. not Tapatalk)?

ok, knowing that its not a mobile-only issue helps make more sense of it

i did install a new SSL cert this past weekend. I am looking into how/why that would cause cookie/authentication issues

hang tight everyone

I'm encountering the same issues on my mobile device again this a.m., can't log in.

Jeremy and Jeremy just did a debugging session. Jeremy identified a reproducible script that leads to the underlying error. This prompted Jeremy to realize what was going on. Jeremy then stepped in and fixed it. Jeremy confirmed that the fix actually fixed it.

Does that make sense to anyone besides Jeremy and Jeremy?

TLDR: the problem is resolved now. let me know if you still experience an issue.

Jeremy recommends that if you're still having the issue to clear your cookies.

I am not having problems logging in any longer, but it will not keep me logged in even if I click the stay logged in box.
