IC Ballast Help (1 Viewer)

I would have to sell mine before I could get in on the order tho. I get comfused with all the stuff that was said in the post about the AC.

Do they just have a base unit like the RK2? like the 8 oulets and the PH probe?

True, LMK HD, I can hook you up.
If its just a light, Id use a timer, $10 at Home Depot:gay1:

I have got about 6 timers that I got when I bought the set-up.

I have had the ballast pluged in to a regular outlet via an extention cord and it has been running for a few hours and it is fine. So it must have been the RK

Well if I had the money right now I would say HOOK ME UP :beerchug: but will have to see when I get my check and if I can use it... you know how that goes :gay1:

Neither the Rk2 nor the Jr come with the PH probe you have to buy that seperately. AC Jr, temp probe, db8 run about $240. AC Jr. has a more robust programming ( the RK2 is more canned interface but easier to use ) and you can add another powerstrip for 4 more devices for a total of 12. Rk2 only 8.

So I was reading on the neptune group order post and it said that orders had to be paid for by may 4th so how do I figue out how much a ACjr with the ph and dc8 will cost?

Just call SWE and ask them since you will need shipping too.

Looks to be $220 plus shipping assuming :fritz: will ship. I believe the combo is the jr, a DC8 and a temp probe. A pH probe is extra.

If you've got questions, calling SWE is really the best thing to do.

$265 from MD you need to add pH probe.
Just stick with the $10 timers........I do!
I have no idea what my pH even is:(

OK I think I will just use a timer. I had bought a PH montor w/o a prbe thinking I would buy one and I never have and it has been 3 months... So I see what you mean

Yes that's it. Fritz's price is better but you have to pay him tax.
