Dan will have a few extras made, but quantities will be limited and available while supplies last. Make sure to see Dan or ask any TCMAS Event Committee member who he is and pick up your towels at the upcoming events.

If you are suddenly unable to make an event, please try to arrange payment to be sent to the event in your stead or PM myself or Dan and let us know so we can arrange a pickup.

I've got a crazy day on Sat already. Any details on where to find you for the towels and if you'll be available before the speaker event starts? noon?

Towels

Caleb and I will be there but I have a bit of bad news. I had hoped to have the TCMAS towels available for pickup for the event. Unfortunately, the pick up will have to wait until the swap. We ran into a bit of a snag literally with the towels. We began sewing yesterday and the black towels were catching on the embroidery stitch in a way that was making them impossible to use for this application. The black and the blue came from different providers and I will have to find a different provider for the black cloth. Many wholesale towel companies have these but I bought extremely nice and more expensive blue cloths and the Black HAVE to be as nice. So long story short...see you Saturday...without the towels.

I will make every accomadation for those who planned to get theirs on Saturday and will not be able to make the swap. Please pm me and I will either set something up with you or send it to you at my cost.

just a thought

is it possible to still have the blues ready, and possibly offer people that wont be making the expo/swap a blue in place of the black if they would prefer to get it this weekend?
 
I have not run them

I thought about this...two reasons not to...

people that wanted black will be irritated

running the towels in two groups is more expensive for us and that cuts into the profits for the club.

aside from those reasons I can still try to fit in a run before friday if that is the right thing to do.
 
do what you can buddy

if they can be done by saturday, that would obviously be our preference

if this isnt possible or reasonable, than we will move forward with the May 19th ETA and accomodate those that only would have made this weekends events accordingly.
 
Towels are done, and will be ready at the swap/expo

there is a limited supply of extras so if you want to make sure you get 1, make Lockwood Sales one of your first stops there!
 
Towels will be at the venue on Friday!

Dont forget to see Dan at the event to make sure you pick yours up!
